Rajpal Singh Baliyan is an Indian politician and an incumbent member of the Legislative Assembly of Uttar Pradesh. He won the election from the Budhana constituency representing Rashtriya Lok Dal. In the 2017 election, party chief Ajit Singh denied a ticket to him; he was squandered in the 2012 election, but he again got a ticket from the Budhana Assembly constituency in 2022.
